Overview:We arecurrently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Terminal DutyManager to join our team. As the Terminal Duty Manager you willoversee the entire passenger terminal complex activities ensuringsmooth operations and exceptional customer service. This is a 24/7role that reports to the Senior Manager Terminal Operations with aline to the HIA OperationManager.Responsibilities:Manageand supervise terminal operations ensuring efficient and effectivepassenger flow.Provide visible physicalpresence throughout the passenger terminal complex during shiftsmonitoring busy areas according to trafficflow.Ensure compliance with safety andsecurity regulations in the aviationindustry.Lead and motivate a team of employeespromoting a positive and customercentric workculture.Collaborate with various stakeholdersto resolve operational issues and optimize terminalperformance.Qualifications:Requirements:Bachelorsdegree or equivalent.Minimum of 4 years ofjobrelated experience in a customerfacing role preferably in theaviation industry.Strong people managementskills and experience leading a diverseteam.Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.Sound knowledge of terminal operationsand the ability to make critical decisions underpressure.Proven track record in ensuringexceptional customerservice.This job hasbeen sourced from an external job board.More jobson
