We invite you to read more about our commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion on our website: https://bit.ly/40QxJP6TasksOrganize the activities of technical service engineers and support execution of services.Coordinate with Area Service Managers, Service Managers and Project Managers for scheduling of resources at job sites. Dispatch personnel to the customer's job site, communicating with clients, internal and external stakeholders, and guide the field service technicians.Maintain master data of SAP, field service engineers scheduling system and coordinate travel arrangements for them.Ensure that the service team members are on hand to complete work on time and according to customer expectations by interfacing with field engineers, clients, third-party suppliers, and field coordinators to ensure the smooth operation of field activities, including field safety and work quality. Track and document change orders to ensure proper billing at project completion.Record keeping and arrangement of field service engineers' skills and training requirements.Develop written reporting procedures for all field service work performed.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering degree is an advantage.0-2 years of working experience.Project/ customer service coordination experience is an added advantage.Fluent communication skill in English language.Preferred QualificationsOrganizational skills including the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.Able to work independently and within specified guidelines or processes.Ability to meet deadlines and deliverables.Customer service attitude & proactive approach.BenefitsInternational & successful company with sustainable prospects for the future.Wide technically & modern environment with interesting challenges.Professional environment with an open communication culture.Exciting development and training opportunities.Great & dynamic work environment.Who we areBühler as an employerWe are working to create sustainable innovations for a better world.
