You must first log in before applying to jobs. #Hiring MS Dynamics CRM/D365 Developer - ARABS SPEAKER for Banking Domain Client in Riyadh. 1. Designs, develops multi-tier, SOA based and secure software applications and components using latest Microsoft and related technologies. 2. 5+ years of significant practical and technical experience in a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 (any of online or on premise) Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365/ CRM solutions. Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture. Ensure that development work is fully documented to assist in future maintenance activities. Provide accurate estimates for required development work and take personal responsibility for delivering within these time scales Should have part of minimum 2-3 CRM implementations end to end Hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, XRM Framework, the entity model, security model, Web services and WebAPI Extensive .NET Framework and C# development experience including experience with the CRM API, SDK, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints. Working knowledge of third-party Extraction, Transformation and Loading tools (SSIS) using Kingsway Soft would be a plus Work closely with technical Project Managers and Business Analysts to assist in determining time frames, quality levels, budgets, project structure and key project results. 3. Develop and continue to refine CRM implementation standards and tools. Must have knowledge of latest CRM versions (365/Cloud/On Prem). Strong verbal and written communication skills. 4. Deep working knowledge of all Dynamics entities and concepts and the ability to translate those concepts to clients and internal team members. 5. Thorough understanding of MS Dynamics Architecture and experience in xRM applications by using custom code. 6. Integrate Dynamics CRM applications with other systems 7. Experience in requirements gathering, Analysis, designing and development using JavaScript, CSS and HTML solutions as well as utilizing development tools provided within the Dynamics 365 CRM customization environment. 8. Proven ability to work in a large, distributed IT organization 9. Knowledge in banking sector will be plus 10. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science 11. The role will also include supporting other departments in pre-feasibility and feasibility studies determining the viability of future third-party projects.<br /> <br /> <b>Key Responsibilities</b><br /> <br /> Fully-familiar with the PPP/BOO/BOOT concession models and the steps needed to close a project including: Drafting Solicitation of Interest, finalizing and issuing the Request for Proposals, conducting Job Explanation meetings, manage a bid process, conducting negotiation sessions with the Bidder, Managing the Bid Review Team to review the bids, bid evaluation and selection, and the financial close process.<br /> Fulfill role as a "Transaction Lead " with responsibility for each phase of the transaction to financial close.<br /> Manages transaction development / procurement process from early economics analysis through to financial close.<br /> Determines the scope and objectives of the transaction, offering commercialized solutions to meet Saudi Aramco's business requirements.<br /> Coordinates internal subject matter experts' groups (Law, Finance, and Corporate Planning/Management Services) to ensure transaction progress.<br /> Lead multi workstream evaluation and reviews developers submitted proposals.<br /> Prepares the transaction approval documents at each stage of the transaction and manages the required functional review and approvals.<br /> Support pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to establish technical, financial and marketing viability of new initiatives.<br /> Works with internal organizations and external investors to promote new business opportunities.<br /> Provides administrative direction as required to the transaction teams.<br /> Prepare job performance appraisals, and recommends job promotions.<br /> Capable of analyzing companies, performing industry sector analysis, and interacting with external financial advisors, lenders, environmental, commercial and technical consultants.<br /> Understands and complies with the Company's Third-Party Transaction guidelines.<br /> Formulate economic/financial models for complex business proposals.<br /> Leads the development of business offerings packages to potential developers.<br /> Leads screening the potential developers / consortiums.<br /> Performs other miscellaneous duties as directed.<br /> Manages and mentors' young professionals.<br /> <br /> <b>Education & Experience Requirements</b><br /> <br /> Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or its equivalent is required. Advanced professional competence evidenced by professional licenses and other forms of continuing professional education.<br /> 12 years relevant experience in business development. A foremost expert in business development, will possess relevant industry expertise and will have solid experience in project development, BOOT/ PPP / DBFO projects, project finance transactions, and joint ventures.<br /> Proficient in oral and written English.
