Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

TCT is seeking an experienced and analytical Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with strong leadership abilities to drive our financial operations and improve financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, investments, and corporate finance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Develop financial and tax strategies.
- Manage capital request and budgeting processes.
- Supervise investment and raise funds for business.
- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company’s risk profile.
- Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry.
- Construct and monitor reliable control systems.
- Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations.
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- CPA or CMA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of financial experience and management experience with the day-to-day financial operations.
- Experience in a senior financial managerial position.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in financial management and strategy development.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
- Financial Management: 5 years (Required)
