Job Description

  • Provide administrative support related to the workforce concerning maintaining personnel records, managing documents, and updating all information on the internal database.
  • Responsible for staff passports safe keeping and releasing.
  • Preparing monthly AWTC KPI’s report to the department head.
  • Preparing monthly Residency renewal report, submitting it to the AWTC to get the final confirmation, which includes basic salary updates.
  • Keep and track the expiry date and maintain a complete database of Government Related documents (residence, passport, Baladiya medical,).
  • Coordinates and follow up on residency, passport and health card issuance and renewals.
  • AWTC transfer in & out-Online transfer request.
  • Coordinates with AWTC regarding fingerprint schedules, baladiya medical appointments.
  • Coordinates and obtains GP letters and tickets for employee’s residency cancellation.
  • Maintain the Requisition of office requirements, inventory, and issuance of general items such as office supplies and stationery and prepare PR through the SAP system.
  • Upload data on the DMS, update on SAP.
  • Update AWTC tracker records, new hires, transfers, resignations, terminations, dismissals, changes in job classifications as per the SAP and leavers list.

Skills

  • Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others.
  • Database management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve filing systems.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, & organizational skills.
Education & Qualifications:
  • Educational Background - College degree
  • Language – Arabic & English
  • Relevant Experience - 5+ years with Government contract
  • High computer skills in MS Office, related business and communication tools
