We are seeking a Contract Advisor to join the Contracting Division of Technical Support Division.<br />
The Contracting Division is responsible for providing support to the Divisions in the areas of Developing and procuring Long Form Contracts which includes scope of work, Cost estimate, bid slate, Job explanation meetings and reporting.<br />
The Contract Advisor primary role is to Develop and procure Long Form Contracts.<br />

Serves as the Contract Advisor in the development, procurement, and administration of contracts. As part of a team required to develop, maintain and administer service contracts. Assists in the processing of contracts and amendments and provides input related contract actions (i.e., cost estimate, bid slate, extend, renew, terminate the contract).<br />

&bull; Participates in the preparation of contractual studies that establish feasibilities for contract services and evaluation of alternatives that may be technical, financial and/or procedural/administrative.<br />

Your primary role will be to work with Jazan Complex Department&#39;s as the contract proponent representative in the development and administration of all the contracts.<br />

You must hold a Bachelor degree in a Business or Engineering discipline.<br />

You should have a minimum of 5 years&#39; experience on mega project contracting activities within the Oil & Gas Industry, preferably within the downstream sector (Refinery or Petrochemical).<br />

You must be able to demonstrate an overall knowledge of contracting techniques and must have a high level of fluency in oral and written English.<br />

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following roles and duties:<br />
Coordinate and administer contract development.<br />
Provide complex technical advice and support from the conception of contract service requirements through the execution of a contract to the termination of the contract or service requirements.<br />
Coordinate and/or participate in the development of scopes of work for various contract services.<br />
Conduct bid review, negotiation, verification, and all contract related activities.<br />
Comply with guidelines, coordinate activities and provide technical expertise to assure the proper and timely development and/or maintenance and administration of contracts, maintain conformity to the accepted corporate contracting policies and procedures, and meet the proponent technical/operational requirements in a timely and most cost-effective manner.<br />
Provide direction on contract actions (i.e., actions required to administer, extend, renew, and terminate the contracts).<br />
Assist proponent during emergencies, T&I&#39;s and major work activities.<br />
Conduct Job- Ex meetings & coordinate site visits.<br />
Participate in the preparation of financial studies that establish feasibilities for contract services and evaluation of alternatives that may be technical, financial and/or procedural/administrative.<br />
Develop the scope of work for various contract services.<br />
Develop status reports for executive management.<br />
Participate as the contract proponent representative on the bid review team charged with development of a realistic Company position on contract terms and the negotiation of these terms.<br />
Help prepare the professional analysis or development of bid responses, negotiation offers and counter offers.<br />
Prepare Company estimates or works with the Company estimating functions in the preparation of estimates.<br />
Negotiate with contractors as part of a negotiating team comprised of contracting and contract proponent representatives.<br />
Prepare responses and represent on Claim Review Panels.<br />
Provide or helps in the provision for proponent representation in the administration of contracts and participates in the development of financial and technical advice on intent of wording, scopes of service or other clauses that may impact cost and cost/benefit relationships.<br />
Help to provide justification and recommendations for changes in contracting procedure or contract format for management approval.<br />
Helps to perform periodic examination of Contract Administration in the field in order to locate shortcomings or potential problems in the administrative procedures or contract terms and conditions.<br />
<br />
<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />
<br />
You must hold a Bachelor degree in a Business or Engineering discipline.<br />
<br />
You should have a minimum of 5 years&#39; experience on mega project contracting activities within the Oil & Gas Industry, preferably within the downstream sector (Refinery or Petrochemical).<br />
<br />
You must be able to demonstrate an overall knowledge of contracting techniques and must have a high level of fluency in oral and written English.<br />
<br />
Good knowledge in MS word and PowerPoint is also essential.<br />

Administer the contracts and ensure all terms and conditions are implemented by all projects.<br />

Implement Saudi Aramco Procurement Manual for all contracts and consciously monitor implementation.<br />

<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />

As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business, Engineering or Law / contracts Management from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.<br />

You will have fifteen years of specialized contracting experience in design, consultancy, Joint Ventures, and construction contracts/agreements related to refining and the petrochemical industries<br />

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Market Research Unit (MRU) at Project Management Department (PMOD). MRU provides project market intelligence to enable planning and execution company executives make data driven decisions.<br />

Your primary role will be to analyze large data sets, conduct research and develop insights on special subjects relates to projects.<br />

You should be an expert in one or more disciplines that directly affect project performance, including but not limited to planning and scheduling, project execution, estimation, cost engineering, geomatics, value engineering, and other value improvement practices.<br />

You should be an expert at data analysis, with knowledge and a track record developing and utilizing models, utilizing statistical tools and other tools to complete comprehensive assessments on extensive project intelligence.<br />

	<li>Lead internal or external problem-solving teams as directed by management.</li>
	<li>Participate in the development of standards, guidelines, instructions, policies and procedures, surveys or other content on an as-required basis.</li>

<p><b>Minimum Requirements</b></p>

<ul>
	<li>A Bachelor degree in Engineering. higher education is desirable but not required.</li>
	<li>Minimum of 10 years&#39; experience working with top tier companies executing upstream or downstream projects, including knowledge in your main field with an emphasis on initial engineering stages with Project Management.</li>
	<li>You must be PMP certified (or Similar) in good standing</li>
	<li>Should have national or international level publications on Project Management related to the planning and construction of complex facilities</li>
	<li>You must have at minimum intermediate level MS Excel capabilities and be familiar with business analytic tools.</li>
	<li>Preferably have advance Excel skills.</li>
	<li>You should be familiar with planning and scheduling methods such as CPM and PERT, company accounting practices, project accountability budgeting and the expenditures and financials portions of the project.</li>

- Provides technical direction for the production of assigned video and/or audio projects using creative and interpretive skills.<br />

Aramco has been mandated to implement a Maritime strategy across the kingdom and is seeking an HR & Training Director to develop the overarching human capital strategy for this important initiative.<br />

The Director will lead the development of: multiple compensation, benefits and grading structures; training and development strategies; organizational development strategies, policies, and procedures; as well as HR processes. 	<li>Assist in the identification of staffing needs, and facilitate the development and execution of associated HR solutions.</li>
	<li>Assist in the identification and new startup requirements, and facilitate the development and execution of associated HR solutions.</li>
	<li>Explore opportunities for shared HR services resulting in efficiencies and improved services by leveraging economies of scale and technologies, which will be gauged by both quantitative and qualitative means.</li>
	<li>Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR groups to develop solutions, programs, and policies.</li>
	<li>Review the effectiveness of HR policies and procedures to identify the most practical approaches.</li>
	<li>Deliver workshops and forums and coordinate relevant meetings to share lessons learned.</li>
	<li>Conduct surveys and cost/benefit analysis to support policy reviews or applications of new procedures in determining feasibility of proposals.</li>
	<li>Present and align with senior government stakeholders and HR leadership in Saudi Aramco, and identify external consultancies who would support the development of the strategy in areas of organizational development and compensation and benefits.</li>

	<li>At least 15 years of HR-related experience, of which at least five years must have Maritime and/or Oil & Gas Manufacturing, preferably in JV startups supporting due diligence, staffing, training, change management, as well as human capital program design.</li>
	<li>Ability to initiate, lead, provide analysis, and make presentations related to assigned projects in the development and execution of various human capital solutions for JVs, subsidiaries, and affiliates.</li>
	<li>Strong working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including: compensation, benefits, human capital management, organizational development, and training and development.</li>
	<li>Ability and desire to work as a team member, and to train and mentor junior Saudis and new hires.</li>
	<li>Proven ability to conduct studies and research on matters pertaining to existing policies, procedures, and programs, and to provide advice and guidance on policy interpretations to JV HR staff of all levels.</li>
