Job Role:

As a Sales & Accounts Manager at SOL Gulf, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing the management of key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of technological solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions that meet clients' needs and objectives.

Key responsibilities of Technology Sales and Accounts Manager:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, qualifying leads, and networking within target industries to expand the company's client base.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Understand clients' business challenges, goals, and objectives to effectively position our solutions and services.

Account Management: Develop strategic account plans for key clients, outlining growth opportunities, objectives, and action plans. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services that meet clients' needs and expectations.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and quotes that articulate the value proposition of our solutions and address clients' specific requirements and pain points.

Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements. Ensure contracts are accurately drafted, reviewed, and executed in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address challenges and drive results.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including consultants, project managers, and technical experts, to develop comprehensive solutions that address clients' business needs and deliver value-added services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the technology consulting
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a solutions-oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry
