Position: Sales Director for Primary Market *Salary:*10,000-15000 AED per month *Commission:*- 10% override on team sales. - 25% on personal deal closures. *Bonuses:*- Monthly hiring targets incentives. - Extra bonus for new joiners achieving their targets in the first three months. ### Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. - Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. - Understand category-specific landscapes and trends. - Directly manage and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly sales objectives. - Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts. ### Requirements: - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a directorial position within a brokerage. - Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets. - Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director. - Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. - Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services. - Proven ability to position products against competitors. - Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions. - Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Excellent verbal and written communications skills. - BA/BS degree or equivalent. ### Desirable Skills and Qualifications: - Strong leadership skills with the ability to challenge and inspire the sales team. - High level of business acumen and market analysis skills. - Strong understanding of the brokerage industry and primary market trends. - Experience with CRM software and sales management tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Advanced problem-solving capabilities to deliver strategic solutions. - Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines. ### Application Process: Interested candidates should submit a resume highlighting relevant experience, a cover letter detailing why you are the ideal candidate for this role, and any supporting documents that demonstrate your ability to meet and exceed our requirements.
