We have a fantastic opportunity for a (Senior) Project Manager to join ourgrowing Civil Construction team in Otago and based in Queenstown.You will be an experienced and motivated Project Manager, providing senior leadership across a number of new and exciting civil construction projects.Youwill take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring that they are delivered safely and successfully, with a focus on service and quality. We want you to come in and hit the ground running!HEB will provide a friendly and supportive team environment, with buzzing Wellington providing a great lifestyle.You will be responsible for:Delivering quality civils projects within time and budget parameters, and to the client's satisfactionProviding specialised technical advice as appropriateManage and motivate effective project teams and sub-contractorsChampion health and safetyWork alongside managers and stakeholdersSkills and experience that will ensure your success:Civil Engineering degree, equivalent qualification, or through years of experienceProvenexperience in managing water, utilities, roading, and other civil construction projectsGood interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with othersFinancial acumen so you can deliver projects within budgetExperience managing a diverse team and range projectsWhat we offerHEBoffers an excellent benefits package to our employees.
