We are looking for candidates that would be suitable for role Project Controls Manager in the GCCPost: Project Controls Manager Location: GCC Countries Qualifications - bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline PMP Certification is highly desired but not required.Experience: 15+ years' experience in a leadership role managing project controls for large mining projects.- 8 years of experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management EPCM industry. Candidate must have experience in base metal mineral processing projects with EPCM experience of a large scale. Special Skills & Knowledge: -

Advanced knowledge and understanding of project management, project planning, progress measurement and reporting, risk management, contract administration, document control, business support, time, and cost estimating, cost control principles and reporting.
Knowledge and understanding of how engineering interacts with procurement and contracting, construction and commissioning disciplines throughout the project lifecycle
Proven track record in planning, coordinating and supervising teams of cost engineers and planners.
Large scale applied project experience with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
Expertise on Primavera and Microsoft Projects is required.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Working knowledge of web-based project management systems.
