We are seeking customer-oriented and organi s ed Team Leader s to join our Guest Services and Reservations team in Queenstown. As the first point of contact for guests, your team will play a crucial role in ensuring their experience is enjoyable and efficient. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a friendly personality, with the ability to lead a team and handle multiple tasks. As a seasonal Team Leader, you will report to the Head of Department and assist in delivering the company's purpose, mission, and department objectives . You will be based at one of the following: Coronet Peak, The Remarkables or the Snow Centre /Station Building in CBD Queenstown . We are currently taking applications for one Team Leader position in CBD Queenstown starting in February. About the role Assisting your H ead of D epartment in the efficient and friendly operation of the department . Ensuring smooth daily operations by organising and rostering and scheduling staff as required . Finding ways to support your team's wellbeing throughout the season . T raining and ongoing coaching of front line staff to seek opportunities to ensure exceptional customer experience . Liaising with different departments . Processing sales as well as all respondingto enquiries, such as bookings, rescheduling or product information , face-to-face or via phone and email for all mountains . Supporting guests who have purchased online through our websites and agent portals to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience . Operation of the Point of Sale till system and balancing takings at the end of each day . Handling lost property . Auditing and banking duties . Dealing with guest queries and complaints referred to you by your team . About You Skilled in leadership and team collaboration Outstanding ability to provide clear guidance to team members through s trong communication skills for effective team collaboration. Creates positive work environment. Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 2+ years customer service experience Adaptable to following procedures and absorbing large amount of information . Experienced with Point of Sale systems An understanding that employment is subject to the vagaries of the weather and the hours of work cannot be guaranteed . Further Information Please note: This role may be based at Coronet Peak, The Remarkables or the Snow Centre /Station in CBD Queenstown . It is possible that you will rotate through locations within the guest services department throughout the season. Valid work visa required . Work sponsorship option not available for this role.
