About You The successful Assistant Manager, Sales – F&B candidate will have at least 2-3 years' experience working within Food & Beverage sales at a similar level (Assistant Manager and above) and will have extensive knowledge of the Dubai F&B/restaurant scene. You will have a passion for sales and have a proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering consistently high results regularly. A background working with a restaurant group or within a 5-star resort/hotel within Dubai in preferential. As well as possessing a flair for sales and holding a passion to increase all sales opportunities, you will also apply your strong negotiation skills complemented by your ability to develop and build rapport with prospective clients. You will be fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and generate demand for resort and hotel venues. You will be a curious, fast-learner, with a fearless attitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
