Responsibilities

  • Candidate will be responsible for design review, comments, improvement suggestions, coordination with Disciplines including structural, MEP, ELV etc in the design phase and overseeing the implementation of projects.
  • You will collaborate with the team of engineers, designers and other real estate to ensure that projects are designed and executed with excellence and meet the highest standards of design and functionality Responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.
  • Conduct site supervision and assessments including engineering submittal, Mock-up review and the required coordination with Structural, MEP, ELV, etc in the construction phase.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Present design proposals and recommendations to clients. Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas to enhance project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture ∙ Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design,
  • and project management in UAE Working with Consultant / Developer.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software will be an advantage.
  • Strong design sensibility and ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical designs.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills ∙ Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects and design work Language: Proficient in English.
