In this role, you will Develop and Manage one or more of AlUla County's District Infrastructure. Roles and Responsibilities: Leading the District Infrastructure Program, made up of a number of work packages through the design, procurement, construction and handover process. Managing Design and Project Management consultants in a Program Management capacity. • Lead a project management support team including design, commercial and project controls. • Coordinating consultants across the entire program to ensure that the district infrastructure is delivered effectively. • Challenge and advise the client organization on best practice and strategic delivery decisions. • Support the Procurement process and onboarding of Design/Construction teams. • Monitor and manage Risk to maintain the project schedule. • Manage change and ensure that budgets are carefully managed. • Bring best in class Project, Cost and Project Controls Management HSE Roles, Responsibilities and Accountability: In addition to your responsibility towards following ALPIN’s Integrated Management System, every employee at ALPIN is required to familiarize themselves with ALPIN’s Environmental Impact Assessment and contribute towards minimizing their individual environmental impact in the course of their work; It is the duty of all employees to act within the legal responsibilities imposed upon them and the Company’s Quality, Environment and Health & Safety policies. Skills: Min 15 years’ experience in Design and Managing Design Development of Infrastructure / Roads / Utilities Projects • 8 Years experience PgMC / PMC managerial experience on similar infrastructure projects • Must hold a B. Sc or a Masters’ Degree in Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University or College (M. Sc. Thus, such data is not considered personal data. The consent of the data subject The User consents to the processing of its personal data with the purpose of Controller’s handling recruiting. The User consents that personal data is collected through the Service, when Users; make an application through the Service, adding personal data about themselves either personally or by using a third-party source as Facebook or LinkedIn, and that Controller may use external sourcing-tools to add additional information; and when they use the Service to connect to Controller’s recruitment department, adding personal data about themselves either personally or by using a third-party source such as Facebook or LinkedIn. The User also consents to the Controller collecting publically available information about the User and compiles them for use in recruitment purposes.
