Job Description
- Develop and execute social media strategies across all relevant platforms
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure all content is visually appealing and meets branding guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance
- Manage agency partners across owned, earned, and paid media channels
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in social media management with a focus on residential leasing and retail assets.
- Experience in managing agency partners.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
