Our core expertise lies in providing comprehensive solutions in the fields of cybersecurity, Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence (AI) to clients worldwide Job Description: As an IT Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our virtualization infrastructure to ensure the highest levels of performance and security of our VMware environments. This position requires a deep understanding of VMware technologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, and maintain VMware virtualization infrastructure to support the company's IT needs. -Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize VMware environments to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability. - Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes while minimizing downtime. - Monitor system performance and capacity to ensure optimal resource utilization. - Troubleshoot and resolve virtualization-related issues, including performance bottlenecks and hardware failures. -Plan and execute VMware upgrades and patches in a controlled and efficient manner. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of virtualized systems with other IT components. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field equivalent work experience - Proven experience as a VMware Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience. - In-depth knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies, including vSphere, vSAN,NSX,Tanzu - Strong understanding of networking, storage, and server hardware. - Proficiency in scripting and automation languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.). - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Industry certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV) or equivalent are highly desirable. - Experience with other virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V or KVM. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with software-defined networking (SDN) and software-defined storage (SDS).
