Job details

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree (GDL will also be considered) from a recognized university in the UK. Admission to the bar as a Barrister or Senior Solicitor is required.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of legal practice, with significant experience in litigation, injunctions, drafting affidavits and in PQE.
Previous experience as In-House Legal Counsel is advantageous.

Litigation Expertise:

Proven track record in handling complex litigation matters, including court appearances and dispute resolution.

Drafting Skills:

Strong drafting skills, with the ability to create precise and effective legal documents, including affidavits and pleadings in accordance with English law.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.

Analytical Thinking:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and assess legal risks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Must be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Flexibility to adapt to changing legal landscapes and business requirements.
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing legal challenges.
