Facilitating the receipt loading unloading and moving of stock materials by forklift to support business activities.
Receiving inbound material from outside suppliers and other Baker Hughes plants and field locations.
Preparing shipments to be dispatched to field locations or to customer sites
Updating and monitoring documentation to record transactions and stock inventory levels.
Communicating with crossfunctional teams to provide information and updates on excess inventory and product levels or availability.
Maintaining stores equipment and performing cleanup on various warehouses to identify inventory inaccuracies.
Supervising and coordinating the activities of warehouse staff including picking packing shipping and receiving.
Planning and prioritize work assignments for the team to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
Scheduling and overseeing warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
Monitoring and enforcing compliance with standard operating procedures to maintain quality control and accuracy of inventory.
Overseeing inventory management and conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Identifying areas for process improvement and implement efficient warehouse practices to enhance productivity and costeffectiveness.
Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Training and developing team members on proper warehouse procedures safety protocols and company policies.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelors Degree with 6 years of warehouse management experience.
Show good experience of working within Logistics Warehouse or Inventory Management environment.
Have experience in taking the lead to clear receiving/shipping area on certain occasions.
Display the ability to identify and resolve problems and be able to implement effective improvements.
Show the ability to be a team player and work collaboratively.
Have experience in using any ERP system and familiar with MS Office.
Have the ability to work in a physical environment often involving moving of heavy products in all seasons conditions.
Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in inventory management and data entry.
Ability to use Lean tools to design run and improve the warehouse.
