<b>Overview</b><br />
<br />
The purpose of this role is to support the project director in the expansion of the leisure building sector in Saudi Arabia. The strategy to develop a leisure vessel building industry is part of a wider strategy to develop one entity that will be the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia&#39;s National Champion.<br />
<br />
The technical SME will work on the development of the leisure building facility from feasibility phase, through facility location identification, layout, build strategy, partner selection and implementation.<br />
<br />
The technical SME will support the strategy team to ensure that technically the strategy identified and then implemented is viable from an operational perspective.<br />
<br />
Therefore, someone who has worked in the development of leisure vessel shipyards - in terms of yard development, basic design of the facility, FEED and actual construction would be most appropriate.<br />
<br />
Alongside this a good understanding of the process of constructing and repairing leisure vessels (yachts, ferries etc) in terms of project management and production process design is also essential.<br />
<br />
The early phases of this role will be highly strategic so alignment with business strategy and overall direction of the National Champion is crucial, however the ability to develop the strategy through implementation phase is also critical, working with teams on business planning, org. structures, financials, systems, policies, procedure and processes, enablers, potential technical partners.<br />

<br />
The purpose of this role is to support the project director in the expansion of the leisure building sector in Saudi Arabia. The strategy to develop a leisure vessel building industry is part of a wider strategy to develop one entity that will be the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia&#39;s National Champion.<br />

The technical SME will work on the development of the leisure building facility from feasibility phase, through facility location identification, layout, build strategy, partner selection and implementation.<br />
<br />
The technical SME will support the strategy team to ensure that technically the strategy identified and then implemented is viable from an operational perspective.<br />
<br />
Therefore, someone who has worked in the development of leisure vessel shipyards - in terms of yard development, basic design of the facility, FEED and actual construction would be most appropriate.<br />
<br />
Alongside this a good understanding of the process of constructing and repairing leisure vessels (yachts, ferries etc) in terms of project management and production process design is also essential.<br />
<br />
The early phases of this role will be highly strategic so alignment with business strategy and overall direction of the National Champion is crucial, however the ability to develop the strategy through implementation phase is also critical, working with teams on business planning, org. structures, financials, systems, policies, procedure and processes, enablers, potential technical partners.<br />

<b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>

	<li>Close liaison with the wider National Champion team including other vertical business units and horizontally with supporting stakeholders in strategy, finance, HR, legal etc.</li>

<b>Minimum Requirements</b></p>
</p>

	<li>Construction, Marine, Mechanical or Civil Engineer (Bachelors) with 20 years&#39; experience.</li>
	<li>Detailed design engineering experience pre-contract (FEED) - new building of leisure vessels.</li>
	<li>Experience of working as the "main contractor" in shipyard facilities with start-up experience.</li>
	<li>Experience of building vessels from inception to completion - in a project management / leadership role.</li>
	<li>Alignment with the requirement for shipyards to incorporate digitalization & environmental strategies and experience of implementation.</li>

Conduct and coordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices.<br />

Perform construction site and/or area safety inspections of department facilities and operations.<br />

Perform job site safety compliance inspections, including hazard analyses and safe work procedures, and prepare written reports and recommendations.<br />

A) BS degree in engineering, safety engineering, industrial hygiene, or environmental science, or in a related field is preferred.<br />
B) Must have five (5) years of related safety/operational experience and/or training, preferably in the oil/gas or petrochemical industry, or in the industry related to the position placement, e.g., marine, pipelines, power distribution.<br />
C) Must have knowledge or training in the following: occupational health, safety and environmental compliance with applicable industry, governmental and/or international standards.<br />
D) Must have demonstrated knowledge of delivering hands on health, safety and environmental training. Must also have ability to assist with developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive health and safety programs.<br />
E) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (training/presentations/report writing). Ability to lead and direct teams and/or committees. Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Skilled in the standards, concepts, practices, and procedures within the health, safety and environmental fields. We are seeking a Field Compliance Coordinator to join our Downstream OE & Compliance Division (DSOE&CD)<br />

DSOE&CD is responsible for providing HSE guidance, support and oversight to the entire Downstream Portfolio.<br />

DSOE&CD is responsible for providing HSE guidance, support and oversight to the entire Downstream Portfolio.<br />

Your primary role will be to assist with planning, establishing, implementing, and maintaining a variety of safety and environmental measures and initiatives to ensure compliance with corporate and local department HSE requirements and expectations.<br />

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:<br />

Provide advice and consultation to department staff to assist in maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with environmental/safety regulations, standards and practices.<br />
<br />
Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace. Undertakes surveys to identify and evaluate occupational health, safety and environmental conditions. Conducts and coordinates on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices. Provides advice and counsel concerning compliance with corporate safety regulation and procedures.<br />

Perform construction site and/or area safety inspections of department facilities and operations. Performs job site safety compliance inspections including hazard analyses and safe work procedures, and prepares written reports and recommendations.<br />
<br />
Develop controls for identified hazards. Coordinates the implementation of controls from results of hazard analyses. Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies, and procedures and recommends changes that reflect improved opportunities to eliminate work place incidents and injuries.<br />
<br />
Prepare safety orientations, safety training, and job site inspection procedures. Directs or assists in the development of specialized education and training materials. Conducts specialized safety and environmental training programs to communicate hazard control information. Assists local management in new employee occupational health, safety and environmental orientation.<br />
<br />
Participate in Safe Operations Committee meetings.<br />
<br />
Review and analyze injury, property damage, and statistical loss data and works with management to prepare comprehensive recommendations for corrective action to eliminate or minimize potential hazards.<br />
<br />
Incorporate essential safety requirements in all purchasing and contracting actions. Recommends the purchase of safety equipment, related supplies, and personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with established company requirements.<br />

Maintain awareness of corporate safety requirements and makes recommendations for their implementation.<br />
<br />
<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />
<br />
You must hold a Bachelor&#39;s degree in engineering, safety engineering, industrial hygiene, or environmental science from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.<br />
<br />
You should have a minimum of 8 years of related safety/operational experience and/or training, preferably in the oil/gas or petrochemical industry.<br />
<br />
You must have knowledge or training in the following: occupational health, safety and environmental compliance with applicable industry, governmental and/or international standards.<br />
<br />
You must have demonstrated knowledge of delivering hands on health, safety and environmental training. Must also have ability to assist with developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive health and safety programs.<br />
<br />
You should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written (training/presentations/report writing). Ability to lead and direct teams and/or committees. Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Skilled in the standards, concepts, practices, and procedures within the health, safety and environmental fields.<br />
<br />
You should be able to demonstrate the ability to work at all levels within an organization and the ability to work in a diverse work group.<br />

We are seeking a Governance Coordinator to join the Fuels Affiliates Affairs (FAA) Governance Division.<br />
The Governance Coordinator has overall responsibility for the coordination/advisory of all aspects of corporate governance and agreements in relation to the International and Domestic Fuels Affiliates. He/She will ensure compliance with the various governing agreements and downstream guidelines, and is responsible for a number of key continuous improvement initiatives to develop a corporate governance processes for fuels affiliates.<br />

The Governance Coordinator will be required to perform the following:<br />
&bull; Maintain detailed knowledge of the various governing agreements to ensure that organizations and JV Governance processes are in compliance with the Corporate guidelines.<br />
&bull; Support JVs Management Teams in discussions in relation to the governing agreements.<br />
&bull; Engage in functional reviews internally & externally, help JV Manager in closing pending functional reviews, review affiliates non-sales agreements with Saudi Aramco and/or partners (new and existing) especially terms concerning terminations, extensions, and revision, and monitor expiration dates to ensure timely renewal<br />
&bull; Become a focal point of contact between Aramco legal and Affiliates Affairs, governance Issues in view of established guidelines. Also, align and seek corporate legal organizations recommendations on legal issues facing or raised by affiliates affairs<br />

&bull; Review and provide input to critical administrative and communication processes (including pre and post board briefings, pre and post-general assembly meeting briefings, regular communication meetings, etc.). This will include: Plan and coordinate key meetings to ensure the appropriate contributions, participation, and company position are addressed.<br />
&bull; Prepare and circulate agendas, minutes and newsletters, highlighting key tasks / implications. Maintain communication with range of stakeholders / partners and ensure all are informed of current activities and opportunities for input / feedback / collaboration are maximized. Maintain oversight of affiliates calendars, identifying all major meetings, milestones and events.<br />
&bull; Maintain, and provide access to, a comprehensive repository of information reflecting material shared in all key interactions with the Domestic and International JVs (including governing agreements, meetings, presentations, reports, letters and emails). This will include: establish information, data, and research methods / systems to support short- and long-term Corporate Governance requirements across FDAAD and FIAAD.<br />
&bull; Coordinate the contribution of information from all interactions with the JVs. Proactively address deficiencies and non-compliance, reporting delinquencies to Senior FDAAD and FIAAD Management. Interpret new reports/ research / data and communicate implications of this "new knowledge" within FDAAD and FIAAD.<br />
&bull; Establish and maintain good working relationships with key personnel in the Domestic & International JVs to ensure FDAAD and FIAAD are well appraised of all developments relating to Corporate Governance.<br />
&bull; Review and ensure compliance of Board governance for affiliates is met. Conduct periodic reviews to give assessment and/or assurance on Board governance<br />

	<li>Developing and delivering safety training materials and safe work procedures to the field personnel.</li>
	<li>Instructing on safety concepts, practices and standards (both on-the-job and classroom based).</li>
	<li>Directing and participating in the preparation of major reference manuals documenting corporate and LPD safety systems, policies, and procedures (e.g., LP Policy, SMS manual, Safety Handbook, Construction Safety Manual). Reviews related high-level documents from other organizations or outside parties with potential to impact the safety of company operations as required.</li>
	<li>Facilitating and leading incident investigations including interviewing witnesses, data gathering and verification and implement a root cause analysis.</li>

	<li>Master degree or PHD is recommended.</li>
	<li>A minimum of 15 years&#39; experience working in operations for oil, gas, petrochemical plants or refineries, with clear evidence of having delivered major impact in this capacity.</li>
	<li>A minimum of 5 years&#39; experience working in a senior position as a Loss Prevention and Fire Prevention expert, with clear evidence of having delivered major impact in this capacity.</li>
	<li>Strong technical expertise in the area of process safety, e.g. design engineering, loss control management, hazard identification, hazard and operability reviews, incident investigations, emergency preparedness and response, safety management systems.</li>
	<li>Extensive experience leading and participating in HAZOP and SIL studies with internationally recognized certifications.</li>
	<li>Extensive experience working in organizations that have diversified manufacturing plants.</li>
	<li>Must be able to work with minimum supervision on relatively unstructured tasks. Must have the demonstrated ability to produce top quality written and oral reports.</li>

<b>Overview</b><br />
<br />
Saudi Aramco Upstream OE & Operational Compliance requires a Safety Advisor / Consultant to support Upstream organizations on Process Safety and major Incidents investigations matters. The candidate&#39;s primary focus will be on employees from Onshore and Offshore oil and gas processing plants and drilling.<br />
<br />
<b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />

The candidate will be required to perform the following:</p>

	<li>Enhance Businessline safety standards and general procedures such as work permit, process safety, hazards identification, risk management, emergency preparedness etc.</li>
	<li>Developing loss prevention, fire prevention and safety standards, procedures and General Instructions (GIs) for matters not already addressed by existing resources.</li>
	<li>Providing advice and consultation to Upstream management as requested to facilitate Safety Management System (SMS) enhancement.</li>
	<li>Develop critical safety documents for major activities such as job safety analysis and hazards identification plans.</li>
	<li>Assisting departments in preparing for major safety review such as loss prevention compliance reviews.</li>
	<li>Researches emerging safety technologies and conducts feasibility studies and cost analyses to identify improved solutions to existing safety problems and emerging regulatory requirements.</li>
	<li>Acting as an expert process safety resource for risk identification and mitigation during design, construction, commissioning, turn-over to operations, on-going operations, management of change and decommissioning of facilities.</li>
	<li>Developing and delivering safety training materials and safe work procedures to the field personnel.</li>
	<li>Instructing on safety concepts, practices and standards (both on-the-job and classroom based).</li>
	<li>Directing and participating in the preparation of major reference manuals documenting corporate and LPD safety systems, policies, and procedures (e.g., LP Policy, SMS manual, Safety Handbook, Construction Safety Manual). Reviews related high-level documents from other organizations or outside parties with potential to impact the safety of company operations as required.</li>
	<li>Facilitating and leading incident investigations including interviewing witnesses, data gathering and verification and implement a root cause analysis.</li>
	<li>Facilitating and leading safety audits by identifying areas of non-compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and advise on how to improve existing conditions.</li>

	<li>Post graduate degree in process safety and loss prevention from an internationally recognized institution.</li>
	<li>A bachelor degree in preferably chemical or mechanical engineering.</li>
	<li>Certified Safety Professional from Board of Certified Safety Professionals or equivalent (NEBOSH Diploma).</li>
	<li>Master degree or PHD is recommended.</li>
	<li>A minimum of 15 years&#39; experience working in operations for oil, gas, petrochemical plants or refineries, with clear evidence of having delivered major impact in this capacity.</li>
	<li>A minimum of 5 years&#39; experience working in a senior position as a Loss Prevention and Fire Prevention expert, with clear evidence of having delivered major impact in this capacity.</li>
	<li>Strong technical expertise in the area of process safety, e.g. design engineering, loss control management, hazard identification, hazard and operability reviews, incident investigations, emergency preparedness and response, safety management systems.</li>
	<li>Extensive experience leading and participating in HAZOP and SIL studies with internationally recognized certifications.</li>
	<li>Extensive experience working in organizations that have diversified manufacturing plants.</li>
	<li>Must be able to work with minimum supervision on relatively unstructured tasks. Must have the demonstrated ability to produce top quality written and oral reports.</li>
	<li>Excellent command of oral and written English.</li>
