Job Description: The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating the Scrum process and ensuring that the team is following the Agile methodology. The Scrum Master acts as a servant leader and coach, guiding the team members to achieve their goals and remove impediments that obstruct the development process. The Scrum Master also works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the team delivers value to them. Responsibilities: 1. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings. 2. Ensure that the team is following the Scrum framework and Agile principles. 3. Remove impediments that obstruct the development process. 4. Coach team members on Agile practices and principles. 5. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the team delivers value to them. 6. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and leaders to improve processes and best practices. 7. Establish and maintain metrics to measure team performance. 8. Lead and mentor junior team members. 9. Encourage continuous improvement and learning within the team. 10. Facilitate conflict resolution and negotiation between team members and stakeholders. 11. Implement and enforce Scrum policies and procedures. 12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Scrum and Agile. Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role. 2. Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and ceremonies. 3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills. 4. Ability to motivate and inspire team members. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change easily. 7. Familiarity with JIRA or other Agile project management tools. 8. Scrum Master certification preferred. 9. BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
