Headway Contracting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Site Engineer. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers and projects manager to assist in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in civil engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for the construction industry. Responsibilities:- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to develop project plans and schedules.
- Perform calculations, analysis, and design tasks under the guidance of senior staff.
- Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings and documents.
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on construction sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (Required)
