RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES TASKS AND AUTHORITIES):

  • Candidate should have minimum 10 + years of experience in Design and implementation of Cisco
  • UCS blade systems and HPE Servers and Storage.
  • · In-depth understanding of Datacenter and Virtualization technologies and experience Planning,
  • Design, and supporting ESXi version upgrades and migrations from legacy system to latest version
  • · Proficient in working Experience on storage (SAN/NAS) and SAN switches, LUN Provision, and reporting (HPE MSA 3PAR, and Dell Storage)
  • Should have a strong implementation experience on Veritas Enterprise vault archiving
  • Should have a strong implementation experience on backup solutions like Commvault Metallic and Veeam and Veritas BackupExec
  • Good knowledge and Understanding of Tape Backup and disk backup, Tape libraries
  • Responsible for providing senior level (L3) of support for VMware and server, Storage and Backup Platform.
  • Ability to create technical design documents and work with Project Managers and Technical managers in implementing project / BAU work
  • Develop project document, update internal documentation and configuration items.
  • Keep the environment by updating the system on periodic basis.
  • Proactive in resolving support request escalated from end customers
  • Ability to work independently and be an example to fellow team members.
  • Willing to work on flexible schedule depending on business need
  • Vmware HCI, Nutanix or Dell technical Architect certification is added advantage
  • Having cross operating system knowledge and experience in both Linux and Windows is added advantage
  • Technical SME for the technologies listed below in the Competency table. · Handle Medium & Large projects for self.
  • Deliver Projects within the schedule and budgets.
  • Critical customer incidents/breakdowns, troubleshooting them within the agreed service levels for self and team.
  • Execute Health Check services and closure along with the team for AMC customers.
