Recruitment Officer
Job details
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate suitability for open positions.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and address staffing needs.
- Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms.
- Develop effective recruitment advertising strategies.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate assessment tests or exercises as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in negotiating job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
