- Experience in Legal consultant in business environment.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
- Oversee the completion and handover of projects to ensure that conditions are met, and legal documents are effectively transferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in law.
- Licensed to practice law from the State Bar Association.
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a corporate lawyer.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.

Terms and Conditions:
1). Transportation provided by the company. 2). Foodnot provided, its included withthe monthly salary. 3). Accommodation provided by the company. 4). Work Hours will be total 10 Hours every day (8Hoursa day +2 Hours overtime aday) and 6 working days in a week. 5). Contract will be for2 Years including Visaand Emirates ID 6). Working Overtime and other facilities will be provided as perUAELabor Law. 7). Medical insurance provided by the company as perUAE Labor Law. 8.) Work Location SaudiArabiaand United Arab Emirates. 9.) Joining ticket will not be provided by thecompany. All other benefits such as medical Insurance, annual leave, public holidays, and overtime etc. shouldbe in accordance with labor laws of thecountry of employment Bachelor s degree in law.
