The job posting is outdated and position may be filled VAM Systems is currently looking for IT Technical Support (IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT OPERATION & PROJECT DELIVERY ) for our UAE operations with the following terms and conditions: Skills 1.Talented and enthusiastic individual to join the Technical Support Team should have certified on ITIL, MCSA, CCNA, CCNP Switching and Cloud Certification Microsoft Azure. 2. Provide Network and Telecommunication services for both internal and external customers in effective, efficient and timely manner in order to deliver the agreed service levels. 3. Provide, maintain and monitor organisations desktop computing environment for both internal and external customers in effective, efficient and timely manner to ensure smooth desktop services. 4. Efficiently and effectively resolve complaints, service requests, problems and changes in a timely manner in order to meet the agreed service levels with both internal and external customers. 5. Accurately communicate with both internal and external customers in a timely manner in order to keep them up to data with the required information. 6. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies and undertake regular research and development in order to give innovative solutions to business technology needs when they are required. 7. Comply with the IT Policy to ensure all activities are as per the standards. 8. Hands on Experience in Dell EMC & Avamar 9. Hands on Experience in Manage engine products for Desktop central & MDM. 10. Experience in contact sync GAL Management to mobile device 11. VMware ESXI based virtualization infrastructure 12. Experience in Managing Sky Jana, Sun Systems Applications and Avaya IP office Manager 13. Experience in Video conference facilities such Yealink, Polycom, Logitech, and Clickshare Terms and conditions Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days) The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - UAE and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in UAE.
