Salary: Up to 28000 AED Experience: 10+ years Job Overview: As an IT Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the organization’s information systems and data from cyber threats. Key Responsibilities:
- Security Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, and encryption technologies.
- Incident Response and Investigation: Develop and implement incident response plans to address security incidents promptly.
- Security Policy and Compliance: Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Network Security: Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and implement measures to detect and prevent unauthorized access.
- Security Awareness and Training: Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
- Security Architecture: Collaborate with system architects to integrate security measures into the overall system architecture.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify and prioritize potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CEH ..
- Proven experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on security engineering.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and encryption.
