To handle dedicated Direct Sales team for Liability Acquisition to open new accounts and get working capital balances. Responsibilities:

  • Develop the direct sales channel for Business Banking across UAE
  • Formulate an effective sales strategy to achieve short term and long-term objectives of business and implement it efficiently.
  • Developing and maintaining a high-profile team across UAE. This includes hiring and de-hiring of people as per the specified guidelines and approved capacity.
  • Ensure that financial targets are met for the channel
  • Liability balances via Current Account, Savings Account, Wakalas and Escrow
  • NFI: Trade, FX, SD, Sukuk, Banca
  • Ensure that training of staff on all required aspects takes place including but not limited to compliance, sales management, personal selling, product features and market penetration strategies.
  • Ensure ongoing coaching and developing of teams, so that they can solicit quality and credit worthy clients.
  • Develop and manage various sales channels as per the approved business plan.
  • Proportionate allocation of targets to direct reports and closely monitoring their performance.
  • Drive a high-performance culture by constantly motivating direct & indirect reports.
  • To deliver upon the committed budgeted Sales Volumes
  • Define and meet the Service Quality standard across the direct sales channel.
  • Ensure that product delivery takes place as per agreed TAT’s.
  • Ensuring that the customer is at the heart of everything we do as a business, and that the focus remains on delivering exceptional client experience
  • Adherence to all regulatory requirements as specified in the Compliance manuals (KYC, AML), Policy manuals and Sales Standards
  • Building and maintain relationship with Free zone authorities.
  • Develop and expand relationships with consultants across UAE.
  • Monitor and minimize error rates at the front end
  • Ensure we are strategically present in all areas of business.
  • Review and develop sales incentive and performance management policies
· Transform team from sales agents to Relationship Advisors Work Experience:
  • Min 10 years’ experience.
  • Has extensive experience in Retail/SME Banking in a target driven environment.
  • Results Oriented: is self-motivated and driven by the need to be successful, to seek improvement and to meet Targets
  • Personal Organization: demonstrates high levels of personal organization, always delivering on time. Plans effectively to deliver against goals
  • Analytics: is able to do performance analysis. Results of the analysis should be effectively used to drive business performance.
