Job Title - Finance Specialist   Location - Abu Dhabi, UAE  •  Role Summary:  •  As a Finance Specialist, Responsible for tracking Well Bore Intervention revenue and cost. Responsible for billing and tracking   Essential Responsibilities:  Â
- Conducting related General Ledger (GL) closing activities with posting of accruals and liabilities. Â
- Monitoring and reviewing the deposit, prepayment, parked invoices, ARIBA Non - PO Accruals. Â
- Preparing JV for prepayment, ARIBA Non - PO Accruals. Â
- Preparing and review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations prepared by the BHI team and Accenture. Â
- Governance of Quality Audit Reconciliation prepared by the BHI Team and Accenture. Â
- Analysing on regular basis on posting of general entry and reclassification, advising for improvements and corrective actions. Â
- Supporting Balance Sheet Flux commentaries on Quarterly basis. Â
- Conducting related General Ledger (GL) closing activities in time and accordance to the set guidelines. Â
- Contributes to project as a team member. Â
- Working closely with business, FP&A to ensure the tasks completed as per stipulated time line. Â
- Working independently on daily tasks with minimal supervision. Â
- Works closely with External and Internal Auditors to assist in completion of all audits. Â
- Any other duties as required. Â
- Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Â
- Have 3 - 4 years experience in General Accounting / working experience in the related filed is required for this position. Â
- Have good attention to detail with good analytical skills. Â
- Have experience in Shared Service is and added advantage. Â
- Have a good working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems - SAP is an added advantage. Â
- Have good attention to detail with good analytical skills. Â
- Have good English communication skills both oral and written Â
- Have good accounting knowledge  Â
- Hardworking and willing to learn  Â
