Do you have a knack for understanding client needs and turning them into solutions? If so, then this Senior Account Manager opportunity based in Dubai is for you! Responsibilities:

  • Become the owner of your territory or named accounts. Set ambitious goals and crush them, quarter after quarter and year after year.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, nurturing each relationship to unlock their full potential. Be their trusted advisor, their go-to source for expertise, and their biggest advocate within our company.
  • Cultivate positive and lasting partnerships. Build rapport, listen actively, and anticipate their needs before they arise. Proactive problem-solving is your middle name.
  • Expand our reach by leveraging existing and potential customer networks. Think outside the box, identify new opportunities, and turn them into thriving business partnerships.

  • Guide and mentor account representatives. Share your knowledge, empower them to grow, and celebrate their successes as your own.

  • Set, communicate, and track sales targets. Align your goals with the company's vision, and drive growth that benefits everyone.
  • Become a master of sales metrics. Monitor quarterly results, analyze annual forecasts, and identify trends that lead to success.
  • Think strategically, act proactively. Recommend actions that boost sales, identify new markets, and keep us ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Sales and Business Development experience within other leading CPaaS and / or SaaS companies
  • Minimum of 2 years UAE experience
  • Proven track record of success in a Sr. Sales Account Management position selling CPaaS / SaaS solutions
  • Hunter DNA
  • Must possess a positive attitude whilst bringing enthusiasm and energy to the Team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Solid understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is essential
