Job Context: The position of HR Director entails overseeing day-to-day HR operations and driving overall HR performance and effectiveness across the diverse range of companies within the group.   • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the group's mission, vision, and long-term objectives, considering the unique needs of each sector.
  • Lead the HR function in identifying talent acquisition strategies, expanding HR services, and ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
  • Take responsibility for managing the HR department's budget, establishing HR targets, and monitoring key HR metrics.
  • Implement cost-effective HR measures and efficient resource allocation across various sectors
  • Oversee HR aspects, including recruitment, training, and compliance with industry standards, fostering efficient HR processes
  • Collaborate to ensure the recruitment and development of talent that aligns with the distinct needs of each sector.
  • Identify and address potential HR-related risks and challenges.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to promote a healthy workplace culture and minimize HR-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant HR regulations and industry standards
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, adapting HR strategies accordingly to support the unique needs of each sector.
  • Drive HR innovation and best practices within the group, ensuring the HR function remains at the forefront of effective HR management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
  • An MBA or a relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 15+ years of experience in HR leadership roles across diverse industries.
  • Strong understanding of HR management, including talent acquisition, development, and compliance.
  • Experience in managing HR functions to support the goals and growth of diverse companies.
  • Proficiency in HR financial management, including budget management, financial analysis, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated success in HR strategy development, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various sectors and with regulatory authorities.
  • Knowledge of HR trends, emerging technologies, and best practices adaptable to the unique requirements of each sector.
