<br />
We are seeking a Project Finance Consultant to join the Capital Markets & Financing Department (CM&FD).<br />
<br />
CM&FD is a part of the Finance Business Line in Saudi Aramco and reports to the Treasurer&#39;s organization. Its objectives are to provide expert financial advice to organizations developing new businesses or joint ventures; coordinate the Finance Organization&#39;s overall involvement in such development activities and; obtain debt and equity capital for such new business ventures when appropriate.<br />
<br />
Successful candidates will be responsible for providing expert analysis on the project financing and/or structured financing of potential joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions in the energy, chemicals, power and infrastructure business sectors. This position handles large and complex, non-routine financial or banking projects which have little precedent; develops and interprets data used in highly technical and confidential analysis; assists in solving complicated business problems and the development of alternatives or options to mitigate risk and improve performance; and develops polices, programs and procedures.<br />

<b>Minimum requirements</b><br />
<br />
As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor&#39;s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Information Systems, Engineering or Business. An MBA or other advanced business degree is preferred.<br />
<br />
History of career progression with at least seven years of related project finance and corporate finance work experience, preferably in a banking environment or a major refining, petrochemical or energy industry corporation.<br />
<br />
Strong preference will be given to candidates with significant experience in Project & Structured Finance, Export Credit Agency Financing, Islamic Finance, the Debt Capital Markets, and the structuring of bankable commercial agreements.<br />
<br />
Significant exposure to joint venture development of mega-projects, EPC contracts, commercial & partnership Negotiations, financial modeling, economic evaluations, cash flow & variance analysis, project engineering and/or project management experience is highly desirable.<br />
<br />
Ability to quickly establish credibility in the position and to effectively interact with all levels of management, including senior leadership.<br />
<br />
Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix organization and with multi-disciplinary project teams and consultants to effectively and efficiently deliver results.<br />
<br />
Experience in leading and managing teams and/or organizations.<br />

We are seeking a Project Finance Consultant to join the Capital Markets & Financing Department (CM&FD).<br />
<br />
CM&FD is a part of the Finance Business Line in Saudi Aramco and reports to the Treasurer&#39;s organization. Its objectives are to provide expert financial advice to organizations developing new businesses or joint ventures; coordinate the Finance Organization&#39;s overall involvement in such development activities and; obtain debt and equity capital for such new business ventures when appropriate.<br />

Successful candidates will be responsible for providing expert analysis on the project financing and/or structured financing of potential joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions in the energy, chemicals, power and infrastructure business sectors. This position handles large and complex, non-routine financial or banking projects which have little precedent; develops and interprets data used in highly technical and confidential analysis; assists in solving complicated business problems and the development of alternatives or options to mitigate risk and improve performance; and develops polices, programs and procedures.<br />

<b>Minimum requirements</b><br />
<br />
As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor&#39;s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Information Systems, Engineering or Business. An MBA or other advanced business degree is preferred.<br />
<br />
History of career progression with at least seven years of related project finance and corporate finance work experience, preferably in a banking environment or a major refining, petrochemical or energy industry corporation.<br />
<br />
Strong preference will be given to candidates with significant experience in Project & Structured Finance, Export Credit Agency Financing, Islamic Finance, the Debt Capital Markets, and the structuring of bankable commercial agreements.<br />
<br />
Significant exposure to joint venture development of mega-projects, EPC contracts, commercial & partnership Negotiations, financial modeling, economic evaluations, cash flow & variance analysis, project engineering and/or project management experience is highly desirable.<br />
<br />
Ability to quickly establish credibility in the position and to effectively interact with all levels of management, including senior leadership.<br />
<br />
Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix organization and with multi-disciplinary project teams and consultants to effectively and efficiently deliver results.<br />
<br />
Experience in leading and managing teams and/or organizations.<br />
<br />
Negotiation experience with and comprehension of complex legal agreements and banking documents.<br />

Advise on bankability of project agreements and minimization of financing risk.<br />
<br />
Prepare business plans, financial forecasts, funding strategies and execution plans to support investment decisions and the optimal financing of projects.<br />

Coordinate the activities of investment banks, project advisors, project lenders and other project consultants in arranging the financing for projects.<br />
<br />
Provide professional and technical expertise for the analysis and solution of complex problems in any Treasury project finance area.<br />
<br />
Participate in and/or lead multi-disciplinary project evaluation and development teams assigned to grow and enhance current operations and profitability and to facilitate the successful implementation of the Company&#39;s development strategies.<br />
<br />
Provide work direction to junior analysts and support personnel. Mentor and develop talent within the organization.<br />
<br />
Keep abreast of and analyze international, regional and local economic and banking data; identify trends that may impact the Company; advise management on potential opportunities and alert management of potential risks.<br />

As different business units develop their capital plans, the Downstream Consultant will evaluate the economic attractiveness of the projects, risks associated to the projects and impact on the portfolio of investments of the Company.<br />

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Senior Downstream Advisor for its Downstream Strategies Group in its Strategy ft Market Analysis function. This strategy role advises Corporate and Executive Management on strategic matters related to the Downstream business, and guides the development of Saudi Aramco&#39;s Downstream strategy and investment plan. Advise and guide the development of Downstream strategic goals and plans to the CEO and members of Corporate and Executive Management.<br />
Act as a focal point for Downstream strategies with the Downstream business, guiding strategic and<br />

Conduct strategic fit assessments and analyses for downstream projects and business development opportunities as well as advise in setting strategic direction and contributing to the Company&#39;s investment plan.<br />

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the Downstream petroleum industry with consulting experience in a major international consulting firm.<br />
Experience in at least two of the following Downstream areas: Chemicals (preferred), refining, retail and fuels, and trading.<br />
The candidate will have a Bachelor&#39;s degree in Chemical Engineering, Economics, Business<br />
Administration, Financial Management or closely related disciplines from a top-tier institution. In addition, relevant graduate degree is highly desirable.<br />
Global or multi-national business experience with developed multi-cultural sensitivity.<br />
Must have experience developing and delivering strategic insights, investment and market analysis, and business strategies for a major integrated downstream business.<br />

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Senior Downstream Advisor for its Downstream Strategies Group in its Strategy ft Market Analysis function. This strategy role advises Corporate and Executive Management on strategic matters related to the Downstream business, and guides the development of Saudi Aramco&#39;s Downstream strategy and investment plan. The role covers Downstream areas such as chemicals, refining, retail, fuels and trading.<br />

<b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />

Advise and guide the development of Downstream strategic goals and plans to the CEO and members of Corporate and Executive Management.<br />
Act as a focal point for Downstream strategies with the Downstream business, guiding strategic and<br />
business planning and ensuring business strategies are aligned with Corporate strategies.<br />
Conduct strategic fit assessments and analyses for downstream projects and business development opportunities as well as advise in setting strategic direction and contributing to the Company&#39;s investment plan.<br />
Review Downstream&#39;s operating plan and contribute to annual business plan refresh to ensure its<br />
alignment with the Company&#39;s strategy.<br />
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including decision makers in the Downstream business as well as external stakeholders including consultancies, industry experts, and leading organizations.<br />
Represent the company at relevant internal and external conferences and seminars and preparing<br />
presentations.<br />
Monitor developments in the Downstream sector and recommend actions.<br />
Benchmark Downstream&#39;s performance and related processes, practices and technologies against relevant companies in the region and around the world.<br />
Initiate research and studies on topics that could impact Downstream&#39;s competitive advantage, preparing analyses and presentations for Corporate and Executive Management and various Committees.<br />
<br />
<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />
<br />
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the Downstream petroleum industry with consulting experience in a major international consulting firm.<br />
Experience in at least two of the following Downstream areas: Chemicals (preferred), refining, retail and fuels, and trading.<br />
The candidate will have a Bachelor&#39;s degree in Chemical Engineering, Economics, Business<br />
Administration, Financial Management or closely related disciplines from a top-tier institution. In addition, relevant graduate degree is highly desirable.<br />
Global or multi-national business experience with developed multi-cultural sensitivity.<br />
Must have experience developing and delivering strategic insights, investment and market analysis, and business strategies for a major integrated downstream business.<br />
Experience presenting to Corporate and Executive Management, Board of Directors and wider audiences.<br />
Must have a proven ability to build and maintain positive, effective networks with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.<br />
Experience in leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver business strategies and plans is desirable.<br />
Experience with Mergers ft Acquisitions in the Downstream sector is highly desirable.<br />

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Senior Corporate Strategy Advisor to join the Strategic Planning Department within its Corporate Strategy f:t Planning organization. This senior role will directly contribute to the Company&#39;s strategy development and update process through the application of best-practices in the fields of upstream, downstream, new energies and corporate strategy. The candidate will coordinate the development of the Company&#39;s Corporate Strategy, provide analytical support and facilitation of strategic decision-making by Corporate Management, and lead communication of the Corporate Strategy across the organization and in key Company publications.<br />

<b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />

Acts as a "Corporate Advisor" for Corporate Strategy and related issues and provides relevant strategic and process-related insight to the Strategic Planning Department, the Corporate Planning organization, the CEO and members of Corporate Management.<br />
Takes a leading role in the development and update of the Company&#39;s Corporate Strategy in coordination with other business strategists and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the Corporate Planning organization and the various business and support lines. Prepares research and special studies and analyses as required, for the Corporate Planning organization<br />
and various Corporate Committees.<br />

<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />

Bachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or closely related specialty, with graduate degree highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have spent most of her/his career in oil f:t gas, preferably in relevant departments of a major oil & gas company and supplemented by consulting experience in the energy practice of a major international consulting firm. The candidate will be a recognized energy industry expert and thought leader in energy company strategy, and up to date on the latest developments, drivers and paths for the energy industry.<br />
The candidate must have solid experience in strategy development, strategic planning and scenario planning in an oil & gas - and wider energy - industry context. Experience in a combination of technical, operational, commercial and strategic roles is desirable, with at least 5-10 years&#39; experience in a Corporate Strategy or Corporate Planning role, where the Advisor will have had a key role in company strategy development and regularly interfaced with top management (CEO, Business Leaders).<br />
The Candidate must be able to independently initiate research to formulate, coherently articulate, and present ideas and initiatives assessing issues or opportunities impacting the Company&#39;s strategy or performance.<br />

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Senior Corporate Strategy Advisor to join the Strategic Planning Department within its Corporate Strategy f:t Planning organization. This senior role will directly contribute to the Company&#39;s strategy development and update process through the application of best-practices in the fields of upstream, downstream, new energies and corporate strategy. The candidate will coordinate the development of the Company&#39;s Corporate Strategy, provide analytical support and facilitation of strategic decision-making by Corporate Management, and lead communication of the Corporate Strategy across the organization and in key Company publications.<br />

<b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />

Acts as a "Corporate Advisor" for Corporate Strategy and related issues and provides relevant strategic and process-related insight to the Strategic Planning Department, the Corporate Planning organization, the CEO and members of Corporate Management.<br />
Takes a leading role in the development and update of the Company&#39;s Corporate Strategy in coordination with other business strategists and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the Corporate Planning organization and the various business and support lines. Prepares research and special studies and analyses as required, for the Corporate Planning organization<br />
and various Corporate Committees.<br />
Coordinates with all groups of Strategic Planning and other departments of Corporate Planning to develop the analysis required for the development and update of the Corporate Strategy.<br />
Must cultivate key matrix relationships across the organization and be able to persuade counterparts at different levels and advance corporate strategic thinking to ensure the organization is proactive in adjusting or developing its strategy.<br />
Interfaces, influences, and collaborates with a group of SMEs, strategists and professionals across the<br />
organization responsible for articulating and crafting business strategies from the Company&#39;s Strategic Plan, including challenging strategic analysis, and assisting in clarifying objectives.<br />

<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />
<br />
Bachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or closely related specialty, with graduate degree highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have spent most of her/his career in oil f:t gas, preferably in relevant departments of a major oil & gas company and supplemented by consulting experience in the energy practice of a major international consulting firm. The candidate will be a recognized energy industry expert and thought leader in energy company strategy, and up to date on the latest developments, drivers and paths for the energy industry.<br />
The candidate must have solid experience in strategy development, strategic planning and scenario planning in an oil & gas - and wider energy - industry context. Experience in a combination of technical, operational, commercial and strategic roles is desirable, with at least 5-10 years&#39; experience in a Corporate Strategy or Corporate Planning role, where the Advisor will have had a key role in company strategy development and regularly interfaced with top management (CEO, Business Leaders).<br />
The Candidate must be able to independently initiate research to formulate, coherently articulate, and present ideas and initiatives assessing issues or opportunities impacting the Company&#39;s strategy or performance.<br />

The candidate will have regularly prepared and presented to Corporate Management and Board level, as well as across organizational levels and at external fora such as conferences, and must therefore be able to quickly build the trust and respect of Executive Committee members, senior management and peers.<br />

Testing of financial controls and ensuring guidelines and controls are properly followed. Draft and issue credit facility reports to management and external parties as necessary. Working with legal departments in reviewing credit facility agreements. Providing financial support to Saudi Aramco JVs as necessary. Working with Accounting to ensure accurate recording of loan accruals/records. Ensuring compliance with debt covenants and reporting. Train and develop junior professional staff. We are currently seeking an experienced finance professional who specializes in Transfer Pricing, to join our Financial Reporting & Compliance Division (FR&C) within the Upstream Finance Function.<br />

The individual team member will be part of the part of the FR&C Division that handle accounting, compliance (IFRS) and assurance over segment financials reported both internally and externally, and provide executive decision support analysis on commercial initiatives and investment opportunities.<br />

As a Transfer Pricing Specialist, reporting to the Upstream Head of Financial Reporting & Compliance, you will be responsible for the delivery of best-in-class transfer pricing advice, support the design and implementation of the transfer pricing strategy and initiatives, and ensure related governance and controls are operating effectively.<br />

	<li>Advise on transfer pricing aspects of business expansions, reorganizations, and cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions as well as other special projects</li>
	<li>Provide thorough analytical breakdowns of pricing structures and competitor benchmarking, identifying specific strategies used in pricing models of the same and providing recommendations</li>
	<li>Lead and assist in the organization, management, drafting and review of intercompany and intersegment agreements and policies that support transfer pricing transactions</li>
	<li>Assist in maintaining the master file and develop and maintain standards for local files. Also, to assist in or review local files</li>
	<li>Enhancing governance and controls over the transfer pricing calculation/execution, reporting/documentation processes</li>
	<li>Research transfer pricing issues and monitor changes in law and evaluate impact to the business</li>
	<li>Support both internal and external audit queries</li>
	<li>Co-ordinate, prepare and present training material to improve transfer pricing knowledge of the wider Upstream Finance community</li>

	<li>Preferably, 3+ years of this experience in the Oil & Gas value chain</li>
	<li>Solid understanding of IFRS in relation to Oil & Gas</li>
	<li>Solid understanding of relevant global transfer pricing regulations and laws</li>
	<li>Expertise in navigating and influencing complex internal stakeholder groups to ensure successful business outcomes</li>
	<li>Basic knowledge of KSA tax is a plus</li>
	<li>Ability to work with incomplete data and drive conclusions and make recommendations to senior management</li>
