AJYAD REAL ESTATE COMPANY: Experienced Brokerage Real Estate Manager to lead and oversee our real estate operations. He will be responsible for managing a team of real estate agents, driving sales performance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. This leadership role requires strong strategic thinking, operational management skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets. Sales Management: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales performance and market share. Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with real estate laws, ethical standards, and company policies. Client Relations: Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals. Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular performance reviews with the sales team. Market Analysis: Stay up to date on local and national market trends to guide business strategies and agent training. Operational Oversight: Manage daily brokerage operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and technology implementation. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any disputes or issues within the team or with clients promptly and professionally. Skills Strong understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and market dynamics. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse sales team.
