We focus on providing suitable solutions for our clients and ensuring client satisfaction, with an aim to deliver an outstanding service across all aspects of real estate and property management. **Role Description**: Steps Real Estate Qatar is seeking a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for: - Assisting clients in all aspects of thesales process, including advising clients on suitable properties, answering client inquiries, and arranging property viewings - Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and working to ensure client satisfaction - Managing and updating property listings on multiple platforms, including online and print media - Preparing and presenting contracts to clients with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and company policies - Keeping up-to-date with the latest market trends and real estate news to ensure a high level of industry knowledge and expertise **Qualifications**: - A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent - Strong communication skills with fluency in English, and excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with the real estate market in Qatar, and a strong understanding of industry practices, regulations, and requirements - Sales-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work independently or as part of a team - Qatari Driving License **Experience**: - real estate: 2 years (required) - sales: 2 years (required) License/Certification: - Qatari driving license (required)
