Intellimatch Application Support Engineer

Nair Systemsis currently looking for an Intellimatch Application Support Engineerfor our Qataroperations with the following terms & conditions. Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. Required Experience: Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience in the Banking domain, especially managing reconciliation systems and supporting FIS DIM. Strong knowledge of FIS DIM (formerly Intellimatch) is preferred. Experience in .NET. Experience with Linux and Windows-based applications. Professional experience with Java 8/11. Knowledge of Git, Maven, Jenkins Pipelines. Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot Microservices. Experience with Apache Kafka Event Streaming Platform. Experience with Hibernate and JPA. Knowledge of REST, Swagger/Open API. Practical SQL experience with relational databases like Oracle, DB2, or MSSQL Server. Providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support to Banking Operations such as Reconciliation systems, Cheque clearing, and teller systems, including upgrades, projects, and BAU activities. Strong experience and knowledge in FIS Intellimatch system, including building reconciliation processes (Recreator, Intellimatch, Admin), implementing end-to-end reconciliation processes, matching roles, scheduling, and task automation. Develop in-depth knowledge of reconciliation systems through research and testing to act as a Subject Matter Expert with the Reconciliation team. Provide recommendations for continuous improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers, and other engineers to develop effective solutions. Coordinate with vendors for new developments, issues, and fixes. Perform preventive maintenance activities on core applications. Participate in knowledge transfer programs and ensure continuous learning. Assist end users and business in regulatory reporting by providing necessary reports. Support BCP & Disaster Recovery activities. Monitor data and servers. Support new implementations and projects, including project management from the Application Support side.
