FIS IntelliMatch Support Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for an FIS Inteli Match Support Engineer for Information Technology systems, providing L2 and L3 support for applications mainly in Banking Operations such as Reconciliation systems. The candidate must possess strong experience and knowledge specifically in FIS Intellimatch systems, including building reconciliation processes for Nostro, Cash, and Cards (Recollector, DIM, Admin), and be ready to implement end-to-end reconciliation processes, including matching rules, schedules, and task automation. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support to Banking Operations systems such as Reconciliation, Cheque Clearing, and Teller systems, including upgrades, projects, and BAU activities. Possessing strong experience and knowledge in FIS Intellimatch systems, especially in building reconciliation processes and implementing end-to-end reconciliation workflows, including matching roles, schedules, and task automation. Developing in-depth knowledge of reconciliation systems through research and testing to serve as a Subject Matter Expert with the Reconciliation team. Providing recommendations for continuous improvements. Collaborating cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers, and other engineers to develop effective solutions. Coordinating with vendors for new developments, issues, and fixes. Performing preventive maintenance activities on core applications. Participating in knowledge transfer programs to ensure continuous learning. Assisting end users and the business with reporting for regulatory compliance by providing necessary reports. Supporting Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery activities. Monitoring data and servers. Supporting new implementations and projects, including managing projects from the Application Support side. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the Banking domain, especially in managing reconciliation systems and supporting FIS DIM. Strong knowledge of FIS DIM (formerly Intellimatch) is highly preferred. Experience in .NET development. Experience with Linux and Windows-based applications. Knowledge of REST, Swagger/Open API. Practical experience with SQL in relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, or MSSQL Server.#J-18808-Ljbffr
