We have also expanded into the USA and the Netherlands.Job Description Requirements Job Description We are seeking an experienced HR Expert with a strong background in HR technologies—SAP S/4 HANA HR and Success Factors—to join our dynamic Corporate HR Technology team.The ideal candidate will assist in gathering business requirements, translating them into functional and technical user stories, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of HR technology solutions.This role involves working closely with HR, IT, and engineering teams to ensure our HR technology solutions meet business needs.Key Responsibilities: Experience with SAP S/4 HANA HCM business processes, SAP Success Factors, and system architecture for integration—especially in MENA countries.Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA HCM and integration points with other SAP modules like FICO.· Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Success Factors core HR Employee Central & Talent Modules - Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals management.· Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user stories for IT development.· Maintain and groom the product backlog for SAP S/4 HANA HCM and Success Factors modules annually.· Work with functional consultants, developers, and QA teams to ensure delivery meets acceptance criteria and business value.· Stay updated with SAP product releases and innovations and assess their impact on current solutions.· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.· Understand HR KPIs to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.· Experience working with report stories in Success Factors.· Strong understanding of Success Factors APIs for integration needs with SAP and non-SAP systems.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a senior consultant or similar role with SAP S/4 HANA and Success Factors modules.Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.Career Path: This role provides a solid foundation for a long-term career in product ownership, HR technology consulting, or SAP solution architecture, with opportunities for advancement into senior roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
