Tasks Organizing imports and exports for international trade Managing international markets (deliveries to Europe from all over the world) Registration and preparation of documentation for customs clearance in Europe work with customs brokers Understanding certification requirements in the EU Sourcing new service providers on favorable terms for the company Preparing reports and planning expenses Working with Business Process Management software Negotiating and signing contracts with new partners Requirements Proven experience in independently managing logistics processes and leading a logistics team (direct reports in the logistics department) Hands-on involvement in operational logistics and readiness to personally handle tasks especially during process implementation or optimization Experience working with transportation companies and understanding of the freight and carrier market Solid knowledge of transportation and freight legislation including international logistics Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) software Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and incoming requests Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken) High level of responsibility reliability and self-discipline Benefits Access to a comfortable workspace situated in Dubai.
