LLB Hons Position Summary: Join a globally recognized luxury brand dedicated to transforming the customer journey in travel retail. We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Consumer Experience Team Lead to elevate service excellence across key airport locations in Qatar. You will be responsible for leading high-performing teams and delivering premium experiences to discerning travelers. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and inspire airport-based Customer Experience Teams to deliver exceptional service. Guide and mentor Team Leaders or directly manage brand ambassadors where no Team Leader is present. Foster a culture of positivity, collaboration, and accountability across all airport locations. Conduct weekly or bi-weekly check-ins to maintain motivation and performance. Operational Oversight Offer strategic direction on daily operations to ensure service quality, efficiency, and compliance with airport protocols. Ensure alignment with the brand’s values and maintain visual and service excellence at all touchpoints. Staff Management & Scheduling Manage staff schedules and rosters in coordination with local operators. Oversee time-off approvals, attendance tracking, and shift adjustments using digital scheduling platforms. Performance & Compliance Define and communicate monthly KPIs and track individual and team performance. Support performance reviews and personal development plans for team members. Address behavioral or performance issues with professionalism, issuing corrective measures when necessary. Recruitment & Training Support recruitment efforts by participating in final interviews and onboarding processes. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, ensuring team readiness for new initiatives and product launches. Drive engagement with online learning portals to maintain high training completion rates. Experience Management Collect and share feedback from the field to enhance customer experiences. Work closely with commercial teams to manage visual merchandising, promotional execution, and stock issues. Administrative & Budget Oversight Manage budget tracking, procurement requests, and documentation for agency payments and CX materials. Ensure timely submission of documentation to support monthly financial cycles.
