Bachelor of Hotel Management(Hotel Management) Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description- Ensure consistent Pastry dishes, in line with the high-quality standards expected by Company standards.- Have knowledge of HEALTHY desserts-. Have knowledge of Bakery production such as croissant, bread, Healthy Bread- Contribute to Kitchen revenue through effective food cost control.- Provide support to the Kitchen Team when needed- Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.- Prepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus.- Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues.- Comply with Company security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation.- Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organised at all times.What we need from you: Proven experience in a Bakery Kitchen role. A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. Attention to detail and a passion for creativity in food presentation. A team player with excellent communication skills.
