Our team of experts, dedication to fostering strong partnerships with suppliers allows us to stay flexible, sustainable, and responsive to the changing market landscape.Serving major brands in the GCC, the company has an extensive network of clients across GCC countries, Asia, and Europe, and continues to grow its presence globally.Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executive (Arabic speaking) to join our commercial team and drive business growth in the fragrance industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strong understanding of the perfume and cosmetics market.This role is crucial to expanding our client base, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring sustained revenue performance.Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the fragrance and cosmetics sector.Build and manage a portfolio of client accounts through strong and sustained relationship-building efforts.Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by closing deals, upselling solutions, and expanding client engagement.Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized support, expert advice, and fragrances solutions tailored to their specific needs.Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and urgency.Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Strategic Planning & Reporting: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.Provide accurate, timely sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.Strengthen partnerships with key clients and suppliers.Negotiate contracts and strategic agreements to support growth and efficiency.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product development teams to align sales initiatives and deliver integrated solutions.Represent Identiscents at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to elevate brand presence and generate new leads.Compliance & Standards: Ensure daily activities are conducted in compliance with company certifications and standards (ISO 9001, Ecovadis…), actively supporting their ongoing implementation and maintenance.Qualifications & Experience Mandatory Expertise: Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the fragrance, or cosmetics sectors.Experience Required: Minimum of 3–5 years in a sales role with a strong performance record.Prior experience dealing with B2B clients in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Arabic speaking, Driving license Skills & Knowledge: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation capabilities.Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook).Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational and time-management skills.Seniority level Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Wholesale Luxury Goods and Jewelry Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Identiscents by 2x Get notified about new Sales Executive jobs in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates.Sales Executive - Arabic Speaker Preferred
