Employer Branding…Please apply only if you have a proven track record of 5+ years in property or real estate sales, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role The ideal candidate for the Property Sales Manager role will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the effective marketing and sale of residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as related materials. This role involves overseeing the entire sales cycle, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies and strong leadership.Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
