Any Graduation, Master of Commerce, Master of Arts, MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Marketing)Nationality Indian Any Commission Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate sales agents Develop performance frameworks and sales targets Motivate and coach team members to achieve individual and group KPIs Sales Strategy & Execution Design and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals Lead by example in client handling and high-value deal closures Identify emerging projects and align sales efforts accordingly Business Development Build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, and HNW clients Partner with marketing to improve lead generation and conversion Track market trends and provide data-driven insights to leadership Operational Excellence Oversee CRM and pipeline management for accuracy and discipline Generate regular reports and sales forecasts Ensure full compliance with RERA and internal sales policies Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role Proven ability to close high-value off-plan and secondary market deals Experience in building, training, and managing a high performing real estate sales team Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
