Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions in the real estate industry. Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks. Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Work closely with hiring managers to identify their staffing needs, provide guidance on hiring practices, and facilitate the interview and selection process. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and act as a brand ambassador for our company. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a strong talent pipeline. Analyze recruitment metrics to track progress and make recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to talent acquisition. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. 2 year+ of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Results-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail. Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus.
