Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi offers award-winning 5-star luxury hospitality and authentic local experiences with 390 luxurious rooms and suites along with award-winning culinary cuisines.About The Job Based at the Emirates palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi within the Front Office Department, the Lobby Ambassador is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Main Lobby, engaging with hotel guests and visitors, by providing a warm welcome and farewell, and offering guidance whilst performing in accordance to the Legendary Quality Experience and Brand Standards. The Lobby Ambassador reports to the Front Office Manager.As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be responsible for the following duties: Has a complete knowledge of the Hotel, it s services, facilities and geographical layout Is knowledgeable on all VIP Arrival, In-House and Departure Guests Remains up to date with Hotel Functions and Events Engages with all guests, in-house and visitors Always maintains lobby presence, ensuring all guests are greeted and assisted when applicable and ensuring limited congestion in the lobby Being proactive in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position.Handles any duties which may be assigned from time to time by the Supervisor or Manager Attends F.O.
