Lobby Ambassador

Job Description We are currently looking for dynamic, self-motivated Front Office professionals who want to advance their careers. As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, providing efficient and courteous service at all times. Your key responsibilities will include: Offering consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service. Being available as a point of contact for guests at all times. Representing all standards of the Arabian Cultural Connection program and interacting with guests at the coffee and dates station. Playing a vital role in the Rotana Service Distinction program by welcoming guests upon arrival, escorting them to the check-in point, attending to guests in queue, greeting guests heading to breakfast, inquiring about their satisfaction, and bidding farewell at the hotel main door. Using the Tablet Registration tool to register guests on queue while waiting for check-in. Providing personalized attention to all guests, especially Club Rotana, VIP, and Rotana Rewards guests. Proactively greeting arriving guests at the main entrance and when they exit their transportation. Seeking revenue opportunities such as restaurant reservations and sales leads. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel and local services to inform and assist guests. Responding promptly and pleasantly to guest queries. Being aware of all special offers, promotions, and packages to promote to guests. Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences You should ideally hold a diploma or degree in hospitality with previous experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, is essential. Multilingual abilities are an advantage. Knowledge & Competencies The ideal candidate will be customer-driven, proactive, outgoing, charismatic, and approachable. Good interpersonal skills, a smart appearance, and good grooming are required.
