About This Role Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure the fleet achieves ECFT & Departmental Key Performance Indicators. Refer to quality targets and work instructions, and report fleet statistics to the Deputy Manager regularly.Accountable for an allocated fleet of simulators. Ensure all open DRs are closed timely. Arrange regular meetings with chief instructors of the fleet to review inputs and provide feedback. Attend Voice of Customer meetings as required, and address related issues.Participate in annual authorities' recurrent evaluations. Manage issues raised by authorities and ensure they are resolved within the set time limits. Follow up on reports from authorities.Ensure all maintenance records across the fleet are up-to-date. Participate in internal and external audits. Manage manpower support, including additional support during workload demands.Position Type Regular CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
