Job Description ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our team in Qatar. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of their roles effectively. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing training programs that align with our organizational goals. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of various departments and job roles. Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs, aligning training goals with business objectives. Schedule, organize, and manage training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and professional development seminars. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, attendance logs, and employee development progress reports. Maintain training records and track employee progress. Research and incorporate the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in adult learning to enhance program relevance and impact. Collaborate with external trainers and consultants when necessary. Coordinate with and oversee external trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts, ensuring content quality and alignment with internal standards. Support the development of e-learning content and contribute to the implementation of digital learning platforms or LMS tools. Required Profile We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional who is passionate about training and development. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s in Human Resources or, equivalent qualification from a reputed university. Proven experience at least 2 - 5 Years as a Training Coordinator or similar role. Strong understanding of effective training methodologies and tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
