Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage security officers at assigned sites. • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and training of security personnel. • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols. • Oversee deployment and operation of security systems and equipment. • Function as client liaison and provide regular updates. • Develop and deliver training programs. • Respond to and resolve security incidents; maintain incident reporting. • Monitor KPIs and conduct performance reviews. Key Skills Required: • Leadership and team management. • Problem-solving and conflict resolution. • Knowledge of security systems and technologies. • Communication and client relations. • Performance monitoring and operational planning. Qualifications and Experience: • Prior experience in manned security services management. • Middle East and GCC experience essential. • International work experience preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
