18+ years total IT Security experience Certifications: CISSP, CEH, Cyber Ark Defender, Beyond Trust BCIE, Cloud Security (with hands-on exposure)Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Consultant with strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specializing in tools such as Sail Point IIQ, Identity Now, Net IQ, and One Identity. The role involves end-to-end IAM solution delivery, including architecture design, implementation, integration, and optimization, with a strong alignment to cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise objectives.Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage IAM solutions using Sail Point IIQ, Identity Now, Net IQ, and One Identity platforms. Handle identity lifecycle management, RBAC, SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, and federation-based access control. Conduct architecture assessments and gap analysis to improve IAM implementations according to industry standards (Zero Trust, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.). Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful IAM strategy alignment with organizational security and compliance goals. Automate user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Translate business requirements and regulatory policies into IAM security requirements and technical designs. Support IAM audits and provide detailed documentation for compliance.Required Skills & Experience7+ years of dedicated experience in IAM and security consulting. Hands-on expertise with Sail Point Identity IQ, Identity Now, Net IQ, and One Identity. Strong development background: Core Java, J2EE, Struts, JSP, Oracle DB, Unix Shell Scripting, Python, and Java Script. Proficient in modern authentication protocols: SSO, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML. Working knowledge of IAM in cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS exposure is a plus). Familiarity with compliance frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA.
