Coordinating feedback of customers, assessing their requirements and ensuring they are satisfied with the service delivered Qualifications Bachelors in hotel management or equivalent qualification from a reputed university. Minimum 5 years' experience at an equivalent position in a reputed catering company or 5-star hotel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management skills combined with a high level of initiative. Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer services.Strong leadership and motivating skills including the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.Stamina and the ability to work under stress, good at thinking quickly and sorting out problems on the spot, and the ability to stay calm in a crisis. Knowledge of food, food hygiene (including HACCP & ISO 22000) and food preparation.Mandatory Training.Fire Warden Training Certified First Aider Training Minimum food safety level 4 certification ISO 22000 certified internal auditor Minimum HACCP level 4 certification Special Requirements.Arab Native female Candidate.Qatar driving license required.
